This Aerobi-Tone class is set to music and will improve your stamina,
muscle tone and flexibility. Not only will it improve your all round
level of fitness but it is also fun!
After warming up the class enjoys exercises which takes participants
into their training zone. Easy to follow, flowing moves are set to
lively music and participants are encouraged to work at a level to
suit themselves.
Included in the class are exercises to improve muscular strength,
balance and flexibility. These components will ensure participants
have functional strength for every day life, good posture and muscle
tone and move freely and easily. Exercises are carried out standing or
using a mat provided.
