Some may prefer one to one tuition in any of the following –
aerobics, pilates, weight training, running, cycling, fit ball, step
aerobics or circuits. |

Having your own instructor enables you to exercise at your own pace in
a style and time suited to you to gain the maximum benefits. You would
have an opportunity to set and achieve your fitness goals with the
help of a personal trainer.
Rosemary has her own fitness room offering space and equipment in a
pleasant environment in Blagdon Hill.

Richard Hannam
Richard
gained a BSc and an MSc in Applied sport science from Bangor
University, North Wales as part of which he studied nutrition and
exercise for a range of abilities. For part of his MSc he worked under
Olympic Sport Scientist Dr. Stuart Laing, helping elite athletes
achieve that extra 1% and developing a non runner into a marathon
runner.
While at University, Richard was a part of two research expeditions to
the French and Italian Alps with the extreme research group, studying
the effects of high altitude environments on the human body. He also
spent three years training with British Army Officers Training Corps,
giving an insight into military life and fitness techniques.
He now applies the research into sport, health, nutrition and exercise
from his four years at Bangor University to his personal training and
fitness camps, turning the latest research into practice. His personal
mission is to help as many people as possible attain and most
importantly maintain a healthy lifestyle.
