Pilates

Pilates exercises will enable you to develop flexibility and strength coupled by heightened overall body awareness. Slow flowing movements are performed with control to avoid strain and to strengthen core postural muscles.

This holistic approach to exercise brings astonishing results. Participants who attend regularly enjoy the benefits of:
