Weighted Work-Out

Effective exercises which improve muscular strength and endurance using weights. Participants carry out sets of exercises for all the major muscle groups using a weight to suit their ability.

 

Rosemary Hannam - Wesighted workout classes - Taunton, Somerset
Classes are taught in small groups enabling the instructor to help with technique, alignment and correct posture.

Strength is needed to support the skeletal structure and to maintain power and body shape. By improving muscular endurance the body is equipped to take part in an activity that involves continuous use of muscles.
